Maintenance · Yakima
Lawn and property maintenance that keeps Yakima yards kept.
Fertilizer, weed control and seasonal cleanups for homes and rentals, so the yard stays kept between visits.
Chapter 01
What goes wrong when nobody feeds the lawn
A lawn mowed every week but never fed slowly thins out. Yakima's soil runs from sandy to heavy clay depending on the block, and neither holds nutrients the way a bagged-soil lawn does. The grass pales, gaps open, and weeds fill the gaps because they were never short of room.
Leaves and debris do their own damage. A mat of wet leaves left through the fall smothers the turf underneath, and a cluttered side yard or carport tells everyone driving past that the place is ignored.

How the crew works the property
Fertilizer goes on to match the season and the grass, not a fixed bag on a fixed date. Weed control is spot and broadcast work aimed at what is actually growing in the lawn, and a thick, fed lawn does most of the long-term weeding on its own.
Cleanups are done end to end. Leaves, sticks and spent plants are raked, blown and bagged or hauled, and the beds, walks and drive edges are left sharp. The goal is a property that looks cared for the day they drive away and the month after.
Chapter 03
Aftercare and when to call
After a feeding, water the lawn in as the crew tells you and hold off on a heavy mow for a few days. If you see circular brown patches, thin areas that will not green up, or weeds you cannot keep ahead of, that is the time to call (509) 985-4603 rather than wait for fall.
Rental owners and anyone out of town for the summer do especially well on a regular maintenance plan, since the yard is looked after whether or not anyone is home.

Their own work · fall leaf cleanup
A carport and pergola buried in leaves, then clear.

This is the kind of job a regular cleanup prevents from getting this big. The leaves came out from under the structure and off the concrete, and the space went back to being usable.
