Commercial Maintenance
Mowing, trimming and grounds upkeep for businesses and rentals
The same striped lawn and clean edges, on a schedule, for the properties that face the street.
Chapter 01
What a business frontage can't hide
A commercial lawn is read in a second from the road. Long grass at the curb, ragged shrubs by the door, weeds in the beds and a wandering edge along the sidewalk all say the same thing about whoever is inside. For a rental, a worn yard tells prospective tenants what to expect from the landlord.
In Yakima's summers the damage comes fast. Heat stops the lawn growing, then a week of water has it racing ahead, and a mowing schedule that skips a week leaves you with a lawn that has to be cut twice as hard.

How a schedule keeps the standard
The point of a route is that nobody has to remember. The crew arrives on the agreed day, mows in straight passes so the stripe shows from the street, edges along the walks and curbs, trims the shrubs back to shape and blows the paving clean. You see the result, not the work.
Consistency is the craft here. A large lawn cut at the same height, in the same direction pattern, week after week, stays denser and greener than one that gets mown whenever there is time. You can see the standard in their big striped lawn above, and in the trucks and trailer they bring to the curb below.
Their Weekly Mowing page explains how a visit runs, and the same visit applies to a business lot or a rental yard.
Chapter 03
When to bring them in
The best time is before the grounds start to slip. If you manage a rental between tenants, a small office or a shopfront, a call early in the season gets the schedule set before the first long cut.
Call (509) 985-4603 from Yakima, Naches, Moxee or Ellensburg, tell them about the property, and the estimate is free. If the grounds already need rescuing, the crew can start with a cleanup and bush trimming, then move to the regular route.
